Refund Policy
We hope that you enjoy the purchases you make from Melloland. However, if you wish for a refund, you may do so in accordance with your statutory rights or in accordance with this Refund Policy.
How to request a Refund
As an alternative to the refund options provided by your statutory rights, customers may request for a Refund from Melloland under this Refund Policy in accordance with the following terms:
1. Refund of services made under this Refund Policy must be made within 5 days of the services recieved.
2. Services to be refund must:
a. Contain proof of veterinary letter and images
3. To start the refund process, you should email us at sheapnow@gmail.com requesting a refund in accordance with this Refund Policy. Include your name, identification of your order (e.g. an order number), and details of the service(s) you want to refund.
Entitlement to a Refund
When a return is made following the requirements and procedures set out in this Refund Policy, a customer is entitled to a full refund of the price you paid for the service(s):
1. Taking into account any discounts that were applied at the time of purchase.
2. Exclusive of any other costs paid.
Processing Refunds
Once we have received the proof:
1. We will check the information within, wherever possible, 7 days.
2. If we confirm that the information provided with the refund procedure comply with the requirements set out in this Refund Policy:
a. We will let you know that your refund has been received and accepted.
b. You will receive a refund via your original payment method, usually within 14 days of being accepted.
3. If the service or your refund procedure does not comply with the requirements set out in this Refund Policy:
a. We will let you know why your refund request has not been accepted.

A customer has a statutory right to a refund in certain circumstances. For example, you may have a right to a refund if a product or service is not of satisfactory quality or not fit for purpose. Or, if you’re a consumer, you may have a right to simply change your mind and cancel your order in certain circumstances (i.e. your cancellation rights).
